Interestingly the DPA have been told LIFO still stands (including the COS18 people currently employed). The date for the AOA meeting now coincides with that of the DPA. Make of that what you will. I would expect it will be a common theme for both associations.

PR holder be let go before a more senior person on an employment visa ?
For some time now all new hires have had to hold HKID cards before employment.
It maybe LIFO, but starting with employment visa holders. Retains the cheapest employees.
