Least we rebels have had a few female pilots join and flown a few tours as Thunderbirds. How about Arrows or Blues or.....
We convict colonialists may have shown you the way gums, don't know if the claim is correct, but it states this lass who lived a couple of hundred yards from us until joining the RAAF was the first, 27/7/1999. Mother is an artist of some note (second link). Good to see the lasses getting a go, never got to see the Thunderbirds until their F-16 days at Dayton, familiar with the Blues, as during one stage of training we were housed in the hangar next to theirs at Pensacola Mainside in '67 when they were flying the beautiful F-11.
