bubba edited his post he had the lasses name as Katie Cook, omitting the Higgins, that's what threw me. Probably the lass, being of the generation she is, would probably take exception to have her maiden name dropped in any salutation or recognition, in any event she wasn't a Cook on appointment, except in the kitchen. It's the amateur historian breaking out.
As Katie is being promoted as the first female Blue Angel pilot I wonder if the first lass given a drivers seat in the jet display team will be miffed at being called the second female Blue Angels pilot.
