You have to use a selected vertical profile. It won't work in managed mode. I hope your Flight Ops department have assessed this and issued guidance. It is most defiantly a Cat C airport and you need to practice it in the sim before trying it for real, along with the go-around - and the engine out departure. The Nepal CAA insist on it - for good reason.
PS. The RNAV is much safer!
