Final App has descent rate limits. I believe the A/P cannot give you more than 1200'/minute. With the high elevation, high temperature, possible tailwind, and a published glide path of >5 degrees you will have to fly at more than 1200'/minute.
What does your company say about this approach? In a previous life I have flown there. KTM was regarded as a Category C airport, necessitating special training.
