FNW, ApolloHeli is correct. You do the PBN theory and sim check at Kemble. Our company did 5 last year as some of the first through the system there. They now offer a remote theory element and the Sim is based on a 355 but I think your licence is either signed as PBN on a particular type or PBN/IR. You can do your LPC renewal in a non PBN aircraft but then would have to do the PBN element in an approved sim within a short period of time of completing the LPC to retain the IR privileges, or so I’m led to believe. Speak to Elly at Starspeed as she has had to deal with a few different scenarios now.
