Power Banks
I'm researching a task and hope someone might help. I have plenty of information regarding the carriage of power banks, etc but I cannot find references to using a power bank in-flight. I have one safety notice that said they should not be used in-flight but that was from a specific company regarding a specific aircraft type. My reading of the DGR doesn't raise any such issue.
Does anyone know if there is any type of prohibition regarding the use of a power bank to recharge / supplement a PED in-flight? Authoritative references, if possible please.
