Blackhawk Drivers and Icing
To those who fly UH-60's...If you have encountered icing conditions in flight and activated the rotor ice protection system...
- How well did it work?
- Do you know of any instances where T/T blades were changed-out because of it didn't work?
- Why did the system not work?
- Do you know of any blades that were destroyed by water that somehow got inside the blade and then froze?
