There was credit for annual leave
You had to be at the aircraft 15 minutes before you'd even "signed on" yet
The increment was paid each year without argument or subterfuge
They'd make billions and actually "profit share"
It wasn't a requirement to wear the uniform to the sim
Pilots were referred to and treated as "management"
Pilots would leave good airlines to come here
