I dunno. The Blackhawk's wing was larger, had a pronounced dihedral and was mounted at the bottom of the fuselage. The Iinvictus' wing is smaller, has no dihedral, appears to be less swept and is mounted mid fuselage.
Also, the Invictus' wing has no speedbrakes, while that was a key point of the Blackhawk wing design.
