Isn't BA pretty much a slam dunk for BHD, assuming that the route is, as almost anybody suggests, is a viable business case? Stobart operated the route on behalf of Flybe - and before that, Stobart operated the E90 on behalf of BACF from LCY to other destinations, so a well known ACMI supplier for BACF with crew and aircraft waiting for the next customer.
