I have a laptop running 1903 and I am not having any problems that. It connects and prints to my Epsom wirelessly and it connects and prints to the HP LaserJet (connected to the PC) wirelessly via the network.
Did you check the Update History and if so can you tell me the dates of the last updates not just 1903. You are looking for files starting KBxxxxxxx.
I am hoping that uninstalling and reinstalling the printer on the wireless connection, will solve the problem, but I would never take the Microsoft Collective for granted
