Windows 10 Nov Update Wipes Out Printers

WB - Thanks for all the advice and instructions. All well now. I was on update 1903 but have gone to 1909. Evidently 2003 is released soon - April? - but have been advised to leave it until late summer as there will probably be problems with it that will need ironing out. So let everyone else have the problems and upgrade when - hopefully - it has all been sorted
Although I could see the picture of my printer when I went to devices/printers it appeared that the drivers had gone. I tried uninstall, loaded drivers and reinstalled the printer and after upgrading to 1909 all now seems OK. My laptop was the one I noticed the problem on but it also affected in a slightly different way my desk top computer.
