There is one person amongst all others that has done more to destroy the company than any other person in history. A German Corporal and Japanese General made serious assaults on the title, but frankly, as it turned out, rank amateurs.
Who has a reputation for negotiating for years without negotiating anything? Who is it that has created this sense of urgency? Who is it pushing? Why do they want an instant decision? Who is the biggest (smallest standing) bully in the room?
There is NO rush for a decision. Do NOT give him what he wants without a fight. The more he bullies, the more desperate he is.
A ‘yes’ vote guarantees a crap deal. A ‘no’ vote simply keeps cards on the table. There is NO need to roll over and play dead.
The truly disgusting thing is that ‘management’ are convincing ‘you’ that they won’t pay $xx. Everyone who reads this KNOWS that they will pay $xx, just that they would prefer to pay it to themselves, not to the people doing the actual work.
