from my limited understanding it is legal for this flying to be crewed outside the QF EBA because it is new flying and not replacing existing flying (happy to be corrected).
why not use the cheapest (by far) WB pilots in the region (maybe the world) at the entity you own, whose EBA already covers it. As long as it’s Wide Body single deck it’s fair game to be flown on the current JQ EBA.
