Sorry, I mistakenly thought you were implying there was some kind of scope in the EA for temporary visas to be used.
I’m Not sure your above mentioned clauses really subvert the EA if they are part of it though. And to be fair there were some offsets with the loss of night credits with the lower minimum/planning divisors and higher hourly rates (offsets that don’t look like they want being applied to the 350).
80% odd of us voted yes to that. Fair enough.
March is but a couple of weeks away now. We haven’t seen or heard anything of any substance on this issue. The best information so far seems to have come from an uncontrolled document from an anonymous source. Precious little out of AIPA either.
It certainly doesn’t look like happening at this point.
