I will call them again and see what they can do on their end with the configuration I will ask about the DHCP. We have the Gateway and when the double nat error first occurred they said said they would disable the router inside the Gateway. It was good for a couple of moths no lag problems or anything then all the sudden the error started happening again and all kinds of problems are popping up. The Gateway is an Arris MG5225G/NA. I’m curious too if I run a speed test on a hardline connection straight off the Gateway should I be near the 120Mbps? I usually average 20Mbps download and 8 upload. Thanks everyone
