Nah, if they let the virus affect their decision, then the management and board are even dafter than anyone thinks! This virus will be done and dusted in a few months; new planes won't arrive for a couple of years; and the likelihood of random disruptions every now and then should be factored into any business model.
For all the noise, it'll come down to Brisbane overall revenue and cost estimates, plus how comfortable they are that they could reconfigure the planes and redeploy for regular longhaul flying if oil prices or ULH skyrocket beyond what they expect.
