2. Would you fly the flights if they offer you a shed load of cash and forget about the fatigue?
Or do you want both?
Money means nothing if you’re dead. Or die prematurely and don’t get to enjoy the fruits of your working life.
But it should also reflect the reality of the above and allow the individual an informed choice to opt into it.
