Yeah, that's not just a brush of the rudder with the triple's wing-tip - looks like it hit the 321's vertical stabilizer. It shouldn't occur if both a/c are within their parking zones so it will be interesting to learn where the A321 was parked, (assuming the tow was on the centerline).
