EASA licence conversion to FAA

Hello Folks,

I'm a 25 years old low hour pilot (230h), I finished my EASA ATPL license in September 2019.
Luckily I'm also an American Citizen.

Since I finished, I sent many CV's around and understood that there are little good opportunities at the moment in Europe and very high amount of low hour pilots.

Talking around with some experienced pilots, I have been told that a great option would be to convert the license and try in the States, because it is a good moment for a low hour pilot there.
I made some researches and understood that with around 10K€ (everything included) I could convert the license in about 1 month of time.

Since I'm inexperienced and know very little about the American pilot market, I would like to have some advice and help in regards to this decision.
If possible I would also like to understand what I could expect from the American Market at the moment.

Cheers!!
