Interestingly enough, it looks like if you were to join this operation as a "low houred" pilot, you would get around £13k more basic salary than if you joined "main line".
Of course you would have to bring a 737 type rating with you and the pension is worth 2/5ths of **** all.
On the bright side, I understand that this operation is to be regarded a seperate fleet and not a seperate airline and so you would join the main brit seniority list. This is however not gospel, but it's worth asking the question if you were to apply.
