Hi all if any one answer this thank you in advance.
I am using a sky q hub box so only got 2 Ethernet ports with one connected to sky q box and one going to main pc. I am trying to add another pc so I have tried two separate switches one from to-link the other Netgear and have the some problem on both. Whilst using switch internet connection on main pc is always strong and constant but connection to second pc will connect to second pc for about 30 seconds then cut out over and over again. Connection will identify come up with network name then cut out. One of the switch’s is brand new and I have connection on both pcs when connection is direct to one and have tried all cables direct so they all work. Have also tried setting static ip.
if any one could help me would be great really at a loss. Thank you again
