I assume the 29 relates to the subject matter of this thread (excuse me for being a bit dull, I'm a noob
)...albeit I'm puzzled because I was under the impression that the actual cause of the accident was/is "unknown". Which kinda suggests there is a "might" missing in your sentence, as in...
