Any feedback from the B787 pilots about the PER-LHR-PER
Most crew seem to agree that PER-LHR is less taxing than the return, primarily due to the time of day of the departure and time zone acclimatisation.
There has not been any Fatigue reports submitted directly related to the flights themselves.
The recently completed Fatigue study (not the Sunrise sectors) will hopefully shed a bit more light on exactly how crews are dealing with these sectors. These results are due to be available to Qantas and AIPA within weeks.
