PLEASE think carefully about what you are going to say to the assembled media at the end of the 20hours.
I understand it’s very thrilling but soundbites such as you feel better rested than if you were at home (1st) or like the latest “This flight was a dream for us. It was very exciting and it was pretty easy to do” is unhelpful in the extreme.
How about next flight actually preparing / practicing a statement along the lines:
“My crew and I were thrilled to play another significant part in Qantas’ 100year history of innovation and pioneering spirit of Australia. These new routes present complex challenges to both machine and the Humans who operate them. Our hope is this small step contributes to the ongoing quest to innovate and expand our global reach.”
