Don't think I would like that length of sector with Crew Rest area as shown. At least in my company we have a crew loo, and separate compartments with a seat too. A curtain separating your colleague? not good for disturbance.
Crewing as well? One Copt. one F/O and two S/O (not qualified in RH seat for T/O and landing)
All our P2 are fully qualified for 2 crew ops. before route flying.
