Here is an idea. Just pay the damn market rates.
A chart at one end (far) has Qantas, Virgin, Tiger. At the other end is Air NZ, Jetstar NZ, Jetconnect and Virgin Kiwi.
Jetstar sit in the middle with the likes of regional jet operators.
Why are they not down the far end?
