OK, apologies for asking you to do the maths yourself.
Based on a Boeing drawing I'm looking at of the upper cabin on a -400D (so with minimal galley provision), the length of the seating area (excluding the galley at the back and the toilets up front) is a tad over 50 feet. Assuming Virgin have a decent-sized galley upstairs, that will reduce the seating area accordingly.
Width-wise, your figure of 11 ft 4 in is correct, as measured between the outer edges of the armrests on either side (i.e. not including the storage bins). Bear in mind that the sidewall curves in markedly at head height on the upper deck.
