What does "East is least, West is best" mean?... though I don't expect many in this Industry to understand this old saying and the depth it can go into, it refers to Circadian Rhythms & was the core of what I meant by "harder sector" and the centre of all this QF self-flagellation. By all means have all the sensors and monitors you like but do it on a Westerly sector and keep monitoring for 48 hours after landing! Trans Pacific; Atlantic; India or Continental it doesn't matter, it's still rings true.
