NOT true! The J2 pool is a collection of applicants that have passed the and reached minimum level set by J2. Thats it.
Many pass their assesment days, but never start. Why? Well because another candidate is more suitable, wether rated, chooses the base that’s recruiting, or simply scored higher in the assesment.
I never understand why companies feel they want to attract those who are only showing interest in their company simply because they are unemployed. The guys in a pool have chosen to join that airline, not because they have limited options, but because they want to work there.and are prepared to leave current employment to join their next career step.
