Buzz, i'm not sure that applies to taxiways that are used to enter the runway rather than leave it.
I'm pretty sure the "centreline green" lights are just green when lining up at 07R, and for what it's worth to the OP, IIRC from my last night departure, once the stop lights are on, the greens disappear.
My understanding is the taxiway centreline lights are uni-directional. They show alternating green/yellow when exiting the runway, but all green when entering.
