I would have thought that these problems are sorted out during acceptance testing.
They are, but that doesn't stop the authority questioning it some decades after it was approved. Ideally I need someone to confirm if the greens continue THROUGH the red bar or if the greens get chopped off when the timing is up. I only need to supply a little evidence to resolve the query, hence asking on this page.
The only other option is to fly over from the UK for a day.
