Your 744 simulator is wrong. All airport stop bars are interlocked with the centreline greens. As soon as stop bars are turned on, the lead-on greens are tuned off. When the stop bars are turned off, the lead-on greens are turned on.
So, after the stop bar timer has tripped on again but you are cleared to enter the runway, the greens will automatically switch off at VHHH? 45 seconds?
