If you have let the Certificate expire then you have to comply with Part 61.199 which won’t be easy if even at all possible to do in the UK.

If it hasn’t expired ( 61.197 ) then just do an online FIRC and pay the extra on top for the course provider to submit your application and await your new certificate to be posted out by the FAA

The best tip for anyone with a FAA instructor certificate is to never let it expire !!!
