“ Pending a final descision” doesn’t sound like you have passed everytheng then? J2 did alot of recruitment assessment days this year, and are still recruiting, for all seats, both none & rated. Wether they need so many who knows.
Looks like its going to be a rather large pool thats filling rapidly.
