Little trips like that to EU are going to depend on your fleet. As you can imagine some destinations are popular and others are not... so unless you are in the top 2 bid groups for the month the odds of getting a nice EU trip are minimal. As for days off in a row after, that is luck of the draw, and unlikely to work out for you.
The idea of say doing a trip to Hamburg, dropping off the family, returning to DXB and immediately catching a flight back to Hamburg for 3 days before coming back to DXB is going to be a once or twice in 5 months sort of thing, not monthly.
That’s a bit of a dream I am afraid
