If you type in Emirates and British Airways into LinkedIn you can see how many have gone from one to the other.
I counted 6 from BA to EK. 3 EK to BA.
BA don’t take DEC..... they leave ek for Korean, Turkish, Norwegian, Ryanair, easy, Jet2, Wizz and even flybe. A few FOs go to ba if still young enough.
Going from ba **mainline** to ek... only flew with one line guy on Boeing fleet who made that move and he was happy.
