Back in 1984 somewhere in Florida, St Petersburg or Tampa I think, I came across most of a Cherokee or similar sticking backwards out of a diner or night club. Might have been near Peter O'Knight Airport where the C-17 landed by mistake a few years ago. Slightly different but I also vaguely recall a C172 in the trees alongside US1 somewhere down the Keys. 1001 things to do with a superannuated light aircraft...

Did think about visiting Paul Nalson a few years ago and see if he had any light aircraft fuselages suitable for use as a garden shed!
