Well, first of all I should've probably said that this isn't something extremely important, so I feel grateful for everyone involved, but all I needed this for is to correctly model a DC-9-32 in the most realistic flight sim at this time (X Plane 11). With the use of a correct determination of H Stab "X" required position for "Y" C of G I could have the plane's CG and/or H Stab's lift slope (CL vs AoA) correctly simulated, but that chart which misses the C of G reference is all I have (which probably uses a 5 or 15 deg flap setting).
