They're not asking for experience nor any English Proficiency levels, as long as you're fluent in written and spoken English. Hard to believe, but I'd love that to be real. For a long time these positions were for locals only.
I have applied to DANS and was not successful. I believe what they are looking at is a combination of your years experience and where you have worked i.e. busy airport, with other things such as ojti endorsements as assets. I have 8 yrs total experience (a mix of tower, approach and area with procedural and radar control but no ojti endorsement) and i got rejected several times by DANS and SERCO. I work in the Caribbean in TTZP FIR. I gets no credit for this. So hope you have better luck.
