Donīt forget the 3 Saab 2000s that are being wet-leased to Carpatair in Romania, and the 2 aircraft in BSL that are kept as back up.
So now you have 11 aircraft with roughly 5 co-pilots and 5 captains per aircraft. Sounds normal to me.
