Exactly what I was thinking. I seriously donīt understand this. Is there anything that we donīt know about the pay or do LOT have the worst payscale in Europe? I canīt understand how these guys attract people with a payscale like this. Warsaw is cheap but not THAT cheap.
Anyone whoīs actually met with them and would care to shed some light on their terms and conditions?
