To put a scale on it, the BAWC contract will probably form less than 5% of DHK's flying. That is not to say that we do not value BA as a customer and we endevour to provide them with the same 99%+ on time departures that we provide to DHL worldwide and our other customers. However, subchartering aircraft from specialist companies is a normal part of the freight market. I think your barking up the wrong tree if you think BA pilots will be taking sabbaticals at DHK.
Besides I cant see them putting up with 9 on 5 off. (actually I can't see us putting up with 9 and 5 but thats another story.)
