Considering you didn't answer my question in any of your posts, I wont be at a loss by your refusal not to respond.
FYI, you can get a testing number from CASA without having an approved overseas ATO.
For other interested parties, CASA provide a list on form 61-4P of Approved contracting states. The testing officer must be from one of those states to conduct a Partial Overseas Proficiency Check or Instrument Renewal. The Simulator only needs to be EASA approved.
I will stick with my current provider.
