Greendot use these simulators. Greendot are located in Slovenia and are EASA approved there.. Presumably they have some contacts and alliances so that Australian requirements can be met.

Incorrect. The FSTDs are owned, operated and qualified by Asian Aviation Training Centre (AATC) which is an EASA training centre in its own right co-located within the Bangkok Airways Operation Center. Other ATOs such as GDA have Agreements to use AATCs FSTDs.
These are the
only ATOs that are
EASA approved (AATC is No 11) and fall under direct oversight from Cologne
Other ATOs are not EASA approved but approved by their own Competent Authority, whether it be UK, France, Denmark or Slovenia but they are not EASA approved.
