Greendot use these simulators. Greendot are located in Slovenia and are EASA approved there.. Presumably they have some contacts and alliances so that Australian requirements can be met.

Slovenia are not an approved state by CASA.
Who and how was the approved Australian ATO provided? I ask because CASA have given me a No in relation to using them.
