From what I see the simulators used are the ones located in Bangkok Airways building. I understand this is the EEA training centre for EASA Airbus Training and others such as AAAT.
Greendot use these simulators. Greendot are located in Slovenia and are EASA approved there.. Presumably they have some contacts and alliances so that Australian requirements can be met.
