As far as I know, "position and hold" is FAA phraseology vs. "line up and wait" in Europe (and maybe somewhere else?) Not sure about flightplan route vs. as filed, but my interpretation would be the same. Normally (in Europe) we get "cleared to XXX (destination) via (SID), so no mention of fpl route or "as filed".
