So I currently fly for Envoy part 121 captain. My automatic flow through to AA mainline is in about 18 months.
A part 91 operator made me an offer I couldn’t refuse that puts me in a better position than a legacy airline. I guess some outfits are seeing they need to pay up to attract and retain.
